SHIPPING
All orders placed on our website will be sent from the Fairy Meadow salon.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days and can vary during promotional periods. We will always try to dispatch your order within 1 business day and if an order will be dispatched later than 3 business days we will contact you via email.
Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with your tracking number.

RETURNS
CHANGE OF MIND
If you've had a change your mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging within 7 days. Return postage will be at your own expense. Once we receive the item we will process a refund within 2 business days. If you would like a replacement product you will need to place a new order via the online shop or in salon we do not offer exchange, alternatively you may return the product in person to the salon for exchange or refund.
FAULTY ITEM
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.
INCORRECT ITEM/DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or has arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
